The temple is a seat to Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, Shri Krishna and Balaram and Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundara along with Lalita and Vishakha. The two idols on the central slab of the temple are that of Krishna and Balarama, who were brothers and on the right are the idols of their friends.
Their left side is flanked with a statue of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu with Nityananda, and of Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and his spiritual coach Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura.

In Dwarkadheesh Temple, the deity of Lord Krishna has been built out of black marble and the idol of Radha is out of white marble.
